Please note, any items ordered under a $45.00 total cost and fit in a regular letter envelope will be
mailed first class free. The customer may contact me and choose to pay the priority mailing cost.
First class mailing may take anywhere from seven days to two weeks. This rule applies due to the
high cost of shipping to overseas countries from the USA.

RETURNS
There will be no returns on personalized bought jewelry such as cartouches, cartouche bracelets
and spinning rings unless received damaged.
Any other items not personalized may be returned after contacting me for approval and returning
authorization code. After receipt of the returned item, credit will be given minus 10% restocking
fee.
All products sold have a 90 Day Warranty for damage. Before returning damaged items you must
notify me for approval and returning authorization code. Upon receipt of the damaged item, you
will be given a full credit or replacement.
