Ordering Information

Just go to any of my product pages and enter all the variable information needed for that item, then click on the order button. This will take you to the checkout screen. If you have additional items to order, click on “Keep Shopping.”  To complete your order, click on “Check Out”  in your shopping cart screen and fill in your payment and shipping instructions. You may access your shopping cart by clicking the view cart button at any time. You may phone your order by calling 618-593-1206.

Secure Ordering

This website is hosted by Dreamhost!, which uses industry-leading Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to process all orders. When ordering at my store, your information is transmitted securely over the Internet in encrypted (scrambled) form so that it cannot be accessed by unauthorized third parties. We don’t even see your full credit card for security reasons.

Payment Information

I accept payments using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or PayPal.


If you wish to submit payment via PayPal, please follow these instructions:

  1. Select “PayPal” in my store’s checkout billing screen and complete the checkout process.
  2. In the payment confirmation screen, click on the Paypal button.
  3. On the Paypal payment screen, enter the total for your order and log in to your Paypal account.
  4. If you encounter technical difficulties sending payment through Paypal, please feel free to email us, and we’ll send you a Paypal invoice for the appropriate amount to make it easier to submit payment. Please be sure to include your order number in your email.

Sales Tax

Any orders which have a New Jersey address may be charged a 8% Sales Tax at check out.


Please remember that all special order items are hand-made in Turkey. These orders, in some cases, could take more than four weeks from the date of order. Please remember that all orders must go through US customs. The time frame given for orders still depends on US customs releasing the packages in a timely manner. If you purchase a special order with an item that is immediately available I will hold the one item until your order is complete and mail them together.
You will receive an e-mail notification when the item has been shipped. Therefore, the below shipping times and rates apply when the item has been shipped.

Shipping United States

All jewelry will ship by US Postal Services and is free of charge.  The package will be insured and tracked for security purposes. I will ship the jewelry using USPS First Class, Priority mail or Express mail depending on cost of merchandise, time frame, and location of delivery.
If you are ordering jewelry and would like to request a specific shipping method, you may email me your request. Please note if you choose anything other than first class you will be required to pay a shipping cost.

IUS Territories (Up to 10 Days) 1st Class Mail Free

American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands,Northern Mariana Islands (Saipan). Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands

International First Class Mail

Please note, any items ordered $100 and under the total cost and that fit in a regular letter envelope will be mailed international first class free. The customer may contact me and choose to pay the priority mailing cost. First class mailing may take anywhere from seven days to two weeks. This rule applies due to the high cost of shipping to overseas countries from the USA.

International Global Priority (up to 10 Days) (These counties only)

For orders over $100, I will ship international global priority to the following countries; Canada, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Guyana, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Korea, Republic of, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Saint Lucia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, United Kingdom, Vietnam, Virgin Islands (British) (Any State,Any Province)

Please note that I cannot be responsible for import tariffs, customs fees, or shipping delays due to international shipping, and if a customer refuses a shipment for any reason I will deduct any actual shipping, customs, and other costs incurred before any refund is given.


There will be no returns on personalized jewelry such as cartouches, cartouche bracelets and spinning rings unless received damaged.

Any other items not personalized may be returned after contacting me for approval and returning authorization code.  After receipt of the returned item, credit will be given minus 10% restocking fee.
All products sold have a 90 Day Warranty for damage. Before returning damaged items you must notify me for approval and returning authorization code. Upon receipt of the damaged item, you will be given a full credit or replacement
